InstaHotDili is an online clothing shop operated by HOCHAVA HULANA, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., Terra Santa, Madohi, Dom Aleixo, Dili 100010, Timor-Leste ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use instahotdili.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, WhatsApp number and/or email address, delivery address and password (stored securely as a one-way hash; we cannot see it).
- Orders: the products you buy, sizes, amounts, delivery details and order status.
- Payments: the payment method you choose and, for Ti-Fast payments, the payment screenshot you upload so we can confirm it. We do not store card numbers.
- Technical data: cookies that keep you signed in and protect forms from misuse.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account, including sending one-time verification and sign-in codes.
- To process, deliver and support your orders, and to update you about them.
- To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
WhatsApp and email messages
When you sign up or sign in, we send you a 6-digit code by WhatsApp (through the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta) or by email (through our email provider, Twilio SendGrid). These codes are used only to confirm that the number or email address belongs to you.
Who we share it with
- Delivery couriers, who receive your name, contact number and delivery address to deliver your order.
- Service providers that run the shop for us: hosting (Railway), image storage, email delivery (Twilio SendGrid) and WhatsApp messaging (Meta). They may only use your data to provide these services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open, and order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Verification codes expire after a few minutes.
Your choices
You can view and update your details at any time in My Account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us using the details below.
